Shipping Information
Mission Control strives to ship all products within three to five business days of purchase. We will notify you if for some reason shipping is delayed for longer than seven days.
We ship via FedEx.
You must provide a street address, as FedEx does NOT ship to Post Office boxes.
All FedEx shipments are insured for damage and missing packages by FedEx. Mission Control is not responsible for any physical damage to products by shipping company. For more information on FedEx, please visit www.FedEx.com.
APO/FPO orders are shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and are delivered within 2 weeks; however, please allow additional time for delivery from the APO/FPO to the recipient. Once it has been delivered to the APO/FPO, Mission Control is not responsible for the package, nor can we track shipment of the package.
NOTE: All shipping costs include a mandatory $3.00 handling fee.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from Mission Control. If for some reason you wish or need to return your purchase, please do the following:
- Contact Customer Service at 1-888-793-8323
- Please have the product number, description, and reason for your return ready
A Customer Service Representative will assist you with your return.
All returns must have complete documentation. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt by Mission Control. Your refund will be posted to the credit card used to make the purchase and may take more than one billing cycle to appear on your statement.
Please note that shipping charges for products returned for credit are not refundable, and Mission Control cannot be responsible for returns lost while in transit to us.
