Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Please note: Workshops and programs purchased through our Licensed Partners are subject to their respective cancellation, transfer, and refund policies.
Cancellation
While we intend to deliver every program, we sometimes must reschedule or cancel our programs. Mission Control reserves the right at any time to reschedule or cancel any program.
In the event that Mission Control cancels a program, or reschedules a program to a date on which a participant is unable to attend, the participant will receive a full refund of tuition paid. Mission Control will not be responsible for any cancellation or penalty costs the participant may incur (including travel, hotel, etc.) or for any other loss or expense.
Registered participants in Mission Control programs may cancel their attendance at any time for any program. Mission Control will refund the total fee paid if Mission Control receives written notice of cancellation by email, fax or first class mail not less than 14 days prior to the start of the program. If written notice of cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the start of the program, Mission Control will issue a refund of tuition paid less $100 for administrative and processing costs. All refunds will be issued within 10 days of receiving notice.

Transfers
Your registration applies to the specific Mission Control program, dates, and location you have chosen. If for some reason you cannot attend the program for which you are registered, you may transfer to other dates or another location within the following guidelines:
- You may transfer your registration to another program date, location, and/or another person.
- There is no cost for the first time you transfer a registration. After the first transfer, a $100 administrative fee will be applied to each subsequent transfer.
- Your request for a transfer must be made no less than 14 days prior to the start date of the program for which you originally registered. Transfers will be granted upon availability.
- Transfers must occur within six (6) months after the start date of the program for which you originally registered.
