This five-session online webinar provides a step-by-step guide to setting up and using Microsoft Outlook to increase your skill and success with the Mission Control system. With easy instructions and illustrations, you will get tips and techniques on the optimal way to implement Mission Control in Microsoft Outlook.

This webinar series assumes that you have basic computer skills, are familiar with common Microsoft® Windows® terminology, and have a basic level of proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.

Implementing Mission Control with Microsoft Outlook includes five webinar sessions – each session is 1 to 1.5 hours in length. Because each webinar is self-paced, you can progress at your own speed and review the material as many times as you like. You will be able to access all of the webinar modules for 12 weeks after you log in for your first session.

This workshop is for graduates of Mission Control foundation programs who want to set up Microsoft Outlook to support their use of the Mission Control system and increase their skill in using the system.
