You will get the Mission Control principles for controlling everyday stress that comes from having too much to do and not enough time to get it done. These detailed practices, when implemented through a daily system, will leave you more focused and calm in the face of life's overwhelming demands.

In the Managing Stress & Balancing Life workshop, you'll learn:

  • How to assess what causes your experience of stress
     
  • How to distinguish the concerns that give you your commitments in life
     
  • How to stay naturally focused on a nurturing life balance with the power to say "no" to what is not really important to you
     
  • How to powerfully manage everything there is for you to do and handle, including your time for leisure and relaxation
     
  • How to manage what is not getting done so it is not distracting you
     
  • How to transform what you "haffta do" into accomplishments that draw you naturally into action and leave you fulfilled
     
  • How to use tools to capture thoughts, ideas, and information before they overwhelm you - enabling you to implement your best thinking and leaving you focused in the moment
     
  • How to manage everything you have to do and handle and keep things moving to completion, even in the presence of interruptions and emergencies
     
  • How to create your future as compelling and attractive rather than overwhelming and stressful

This workshop includes:

  • The Managing Stress & Balancing Life workshop. This workshop is led by a certified Mission Control leader in a classroom format. It combines the delivery of the Mission Control principles, tools and practices with lively group interaction.

  • The Pre-Course Assessment. This series of tracking and analysis exercises will begin to have you focus on the habitual patterns and structures that cause stress and anxiety in your day.

    Software templates to get you started. These templates in Microsoft Excel will save you time and help you get started with the Mission Control system. Complete instructions on how to download these templates are included in the workshop.
